Studio Policies

Thank you for your interest in booking with us! We truly appreciate your business and understand the importance of your time. As your service provider, we kindly request that you also respect our time. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances can necessitate schedule adjustments. However, like many other establishments, our business adheres to policies that cannot be altered on an individual basis.


Before booking your appointment, we kindly ask that you review our policies. By booking an appointment, you are confirming your agreement to the following terms:

Credit Card Authorization and Keeping Cards on File

 

To book an appointment at FBK Aesthetics, a $50 fee is required to secure your appointment, and this fee will be applied toward your service.

All clients are required to maintain a current and active credit card on file at all times.

Credit card payments will only be processed for your first appointment, as well as for fees related to missed, late, or no-show appointments without prior notice.

Failure to keep an active card on file will result in the cancellation of any future appointments and a suspension of your ability to book future appointments until a new card is provided and payment is collected.

 

 

Cancellation Policy​

Cancellations and reschedules made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time are considered late cancellations and will result in a charge of $50 per service booked. We kindly request that you call or text to notify us of any rescheduling needs.

This policy also applies to last-minute cancellations or changes to additional services booked within 48 hours of your visit if you have multiple services scheduled.

No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the original booked service price, and this amount cannot be applied toward any future services.

Please note that any deposits made for appointments are non-refundable.

 

 

Product Return / Exchange Policy

FBK Aesthetics does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for products purchased in the office or online.

Late Policy​

​

We kindly request that you call or text to notify us if you are running late. If you are 20 minutes late to your appointment, a $25 late fee will automatically be billed.

​

If you are more than 20 minutes late, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment. If we are unable to accommodate your appointment upon your arrival, a $50 charge will apply, as it will be treated as a late cancellation.

 

The $25 late fee is compensation for the inconvenience caused by rushing the service and shortening the necessary time allocated for consultation, check-out, and clean-up.
